Terms of Service

CarrierSync reads the deposit descriptions and amounts you provide and produces named, QuickBooks-ready commission reports. We work hard to make decoding accurate, but no automated tool is perfect.

CarrierSync is a tool, not professional advice. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing its output before using it for your books, your taxes, or any financial decision. Always confirm the results against your own records.

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. A payment method is required to start the trial, and you are not charged during the 14 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically on day 15 at the plan and price you selected, and your payment method is charged the normal plan price. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account to avoid any charge.

• Plans and prices are shown at checkout (Solo, Agency; monthly or annual).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes won't affect your current paid term.

• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current month.
• Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel within 30 days of the charge. Proration is calculated from the number of full days remaining in the annual term at the time we receive your cancellation.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• To request a refund, email info@rogersfa.com from the email on your account.

Use CarrierSync for your own agency's legitimate business. Don't misuse it, attempt to break or scrape it, resell it without permission, or upload anything you don't have the right to.

By using CarrierSync, you allow anonymous carrier-code mappings derived from your use to improve the shared decoding library that benefits all users. This never includes your identity, your amounts, or your client information.

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

CarrierSync is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Rogers Financial Agency LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version and update the date. Continuing to use CarrierSync means you accept the changes.
