Privacy Policy

• We never connect to your bank. No login, no password, no online banking credentials.
• We never see or store the sensitive banking identifiers on your statement. This includes bank account numbers, routing numbers, and any card numbers used at your bank.

We don't need them, and we don't ask for them.

• The statement information you give us: the deposit descriptions (the cryptic carrier codes) and the amounts. That's what we decode. We do not need the account-identifying parts of a statement to do our job, and we ask you not to include them.
• Your account details: your name and email, so you can log in and we can reach you.
• Your payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe does that securely.
• Basic usage information: so we can keep the product working and improve it (for example, how often decoding succeeds).

• To decode your deposit codes and produce your reports.
• To run your account, your subscription, and your billing.
• To send you product and account emails (you can opt out of non-essential ones).
• To improve our shared carrier-code library so the product gets better for everyone.

When a code is added to the shared library, it's the code-to-carrier mapping that's shared, never your name, your amounts, or anything that identifies you or your agency.

We don't sell your data. We share only with the service providers that make CarrierSync run:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Base44, to host the application and store your account data.
• Kit (ConvertKit), to send account and product emails.

Each is bound to protect your information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your account information for as long as you have an account. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your choices"). Uploaded statement files are kept only as long as needed to produce and store your reports; you can delete them.

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. Because we never hold your banking credentials or account numbers, the most sensitive keys to your money never enter our system in the first place.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in and to keep the product working. We may also use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. Where required, we honor browser signals and give you a way to opt out of non-essential tracking.

You can view, correct, export, or delete your data, and opt out of marketing emails, by emailing info@rogersfa.com. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm your request from the email address on file. We'll respond promptly, and in any case within the time required by applicable law.

CarrierSync is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
